NEWMANS BUILDING AND CONSERVATION
Newmans Building Conservation was established in 2004 by Roland Newman. Roland has an honours degree in Construction Management and a post graduate diploma in The Conservation of Historic Buildings from Bath University.
It is through both the theoretical knowledge gained and the practical experience that helps Newmans provide a pragmatic, detailed solution in keeping with the sympathetic work on historic buildings.
As well as working on older properties Newmans also specialise in high quality extensions and refurbishments of modern properties.
In 2015 Newmans were awarded first place by Bath and NE Somerset Building Control in the category of ‘Best extension or alteration to an existing home’ and in 2016 were nominated, again by BANES Building Control, as The Best Local Builder in the West of England Awards.
